Yu-Yin is a math teacher in a junior high school, She plays a very important role in both her students and her family's lives. However she receives the trickiest question in life just when she was about to go on a relaxing trip.
Jun-ho, an adolescent boy in 9th grade, is going through the chaos of his parents divorce and the great pressure of going to high school.
With a perfect coincidence, The two desperate souls met in a gas station at midnight. They were going to look at the cows at first, but then a very heart to heart conversation began while they walked into the night. The night is still dark and full of unknown incidents, a life that is stuck may be stuck forever, but with warm company, we might regain the courage once more...
“Looking back, it was a gray and murky period. Life, like a bumpy road, has its ups and downs. Even though you're gone, I'll never forget that morning, when we welcomed the rising sun next to each other.”
“Stuck” is our second drama project. To shoot this video, we traveled to the Liuying District in Tainan, which is a simple town characterized by rolling fields and pasturing cows. Faye, who played Yu-Ying in the film, was a fashion model who had her long hair cut off for this project.
Liu Hsiu Fu played Cheng He, making it his first time acting in a drama production. The actor was handpicked by the director to play the leading role for the penetrating and forlorn qualities of his eyes.
It is worth noting that the soundtrack was composed by Taiwanese music producer George Chen, and the well-known song Soulmate by the indie band I Mean Us was used as an interlude. Together, these musical elements brought a tranquil and comforting story of midnight into being.
